Take a break from the holiday rush and join us for a relaxed, two-hour workshop focused on intention, creativity, and calm.
You’ll learn how to make your own mala—a string of beads traditionally used to help you focus during meditation or deep breathing. Think of it as a simple, tactile tool that keeps your mind from wandering and supports a steady, grounding rhythm. You’ll choose your beads, learn the basics of knotting and stringing, and leave with a handmade mala you can use in your practice or keep as a personal reminder of your intention moving into the new year.
From there, a guided meditation will help you slow down and get centered.
We’ll end with a gentle sound bath to help you unwind and integrate the experience.
This workshop is welcoming, hands-on, and beginner-friendly. Come as you are and enjoy a meaningful pause in the midst of a busy season.
Teachers: Kendra Everhart and Denise Ruby
